About the Event: Join us for the 3rd Annual Gumbo Fest, a celebration of community resilience and culinary excellence! Inspired by The Gumbo Coalition by Marc Morial, President of the National Urban League and former Mayor of New Orleans, this event brings together food lovers, local chefs, and businesses for a day of delicious gumbo, live music and fun.
Gumbo Ideology: Explore the rich history and philosophy behind gumbo, a symbol of adaption through struggle and resistance.
Event Activities: Enjoy live music performances, gumbo tastings, and more throughout the day.
Get Involved: Purchase tickets, form a team to compete in the gumbo cook-off or become a sponsor to support our mission of community empowerment through food-based solutions.
